4/11/2023 0 Comments Vince gironda 10 8 6 15 programI tried to keep rest between sets to no longer than 60 seconds, though, I likely went a little over that on the last 2 or 3 sets of DB bench presses. It's been awhile since I've done this kind of volume (not since the last time I did a Vince inspired program for 12 weeks January 2021-April 2021). The classic 6圆 cumulative fatigue method Vince was famous for, second in notoriety only to his 8x8 routine. No need for any additional weight on that exercise yet. I'm going to try to inconvenience fellow gym members by recording one set of Sissy Squats each session until I feel like I'm getting the form perfect. Managed to make it over to the dumbbell rack for some slow Romanian deadlifts without making a complete fool of myself. I'm close to the proper position, but not quite there yet.Ībout 2 minutes after the final set of Sissy Squats my quads were going numb on me and made walking a fun challenge. I also noticed from the video that despite feeling like my upper body was leaning pretty far back, I actually need to tilt the upper body back even more. ![]() I took a video of the last set and you could see that the muscular fatigue had really kicked in and I was struggling to finish with full range of motion in each phase. Ex 1: VG sissy squat-3x15 (5-5-5 each position)
